Building Resilience Through Positive Psychology
This one-day train-the-trainer, faciliated by Business Psychologist, Alan Bradshaw, enables participants to deliver resilience workshops in organizations.
Attendees gain access to the training materials (PowerPoint presentation and work-book) and a range of tools that can be used in workplaces and variety of other settings. The tools and approaches recommended are evidence-based and come mainly from the growing field of Positive Psychology.
The focus is primarily positive, around promoting resilience, wellbeing and performance in indviduals, although the tools and approaches taught will also help boost employee engagement and prevent stress at work. There is an emphasis on providing people with practical tools and techniques that they can apply at work and more generally to boost their resilience.

Please note: As this is a Train the Trainer course, it is assumed that attendees already have some experience of delivering training in workplaces.
People working within Organisational/Staff Development, Leadership, HR, Health and Safety and Occupational Health who, as part of their roles, provide learning, development and support to employees and managers. The training will also be invaluable for Occupational Health Professionals, Psychologists, HR Consultants, Health & Safety Consultants, Coaches, Mentors and Trainers who offer people management and/or stress management training/support to organizations.
Workshop Content Summary
The train-the-trainer workshop, designed for professionals working in learning and development contexts, will be highly interactive with a variety of exercises. It will help delegates understand the training from both the trainee and the trainer perspective, in order to give them the capability to run it themselves.
